You never have to worry about the wrong size, color, or if you are just not satisfied with your contacts. Returning your contact lenses, for any reason, is easy! Please review our policy below, but give us a call if you have any questions. And remember, all returns are free!
Non-Benefit related orders
- You may return contact lenses up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- All contact lenses must be included to get a full refund.
- Return shipping is free, please call us at 855-287-0348 to arrange for shipping.
- Once you receive the shipping label, place it on your contacts box and send it back to us. Be sure to include the reason for the return!
- Please package your return carefully to ensure your lenses are not damaged in route to our warehouse - we cannot issue credit for items damaged in transit to our office.
- Once your return arrives, our specialists will inspect the shipment and within 5 business days a credit will be applied to your credit card.
